2 more factors that mean a sucessful logo would be how unique it is. If your the only company with a logo like it, then it will stand out more.

Another factor would be the style of font used, if at all. Font to me speaks volumes about how professional a company is. Times new roman and arial in a logo just strike me as unprofessional when used in logos. But there again if used effectively can still work.</description>
