Advices for designers

Sorry for not posting so much time, but I had some exams and I had to learn for them! But know that I finished with them I`m going to post you one nice article and hopeful you will learn something from this.

Here are some advices for designers.

Designers should learn from this how to make more creative designs, more eyescatching, how to impress the customer and make him LOVE the design.

Cusomers should learn how do not be scammed by fake designers that in reality are not quite designers! They just reproduce, copy some pictures / designs and give it to you like are 100% there work.

Designers:

First thing you should know, and now I`m talking about logos,graphics, icons designs is that they should be vector and very high quality to impress the customer! Vector means that the graphic/logo it`s scaleable, you can resize it keeping the high quality! I`ll talk more about vectors later. The higher is the quality and understanding of the logo the customer will appreciated it! The design should be clever, to communicate what customer company does, to reflect the benefits of the company and more.

More important to a design is to integrate very well what the company does! All details about the company must be collected in one design.

The logo should work very well with and without the name, this thing is very important. Why ? Because if the logo is simple and recognizable the company will be much easier recognized. I`ll give you an example: the nike logo. On clothes you will not find always the logo and under it the name: “Nike”, many clothes have just the logo, without the name. But this will not make it harder to recognize the company, no, you know that the shirt is nike because of the logo, it`s simple, easy to recognize and popular.

What I wrote above it`s critical, but this is an advice for your look, for your image on the internet, for your reputation, designer reputation! You should NEVER and I mean it, NEVER copy other graphic designs, reproduce them and then sell. NO! More original you are more you will be appreciated and more customers you will get. If you sell a copied design, and you take let`s say 400$, a lot of money for no work, you are happy! But this will affect your next projects a lot. Designers know very well lot of designs arround the web, and will acuse you for stealing and this will affect your reputation and your job. You made it, you took 400$ once but in the future you will not get this again, you will not have customers anymore because they want original, unique designs for there company. If you are fair in your job you will have more to win.
